How much do you flat bench with bar??

i bench 2 sets of 10 at 300lbs. and 1 set of 8 at 320lbs. how about you????
 
damn... i sorta dont wanna post lol.....not following you but...135 x 10 for 2 sets =/ max 200 for 1 rep

I lifted when I was in my late teens, then stopped.
Started again at 25. I have a big upper body, but bad chicken legs.
I squat girl weights!
That max is only 1 rep mind you...but with OK form.
I want to be well over 400 by winter.
 
365 for 5 reps, 405 for a single(posted a vid of that), but with my size I should be doing much more
 
Personal best is 340 for one.

Right now I'm pretty weak, as a result from dieting ... 5x5 for 225 ... Bleh ...
Max is probably around 300 right now.
 
315 for 3 sets of 15
405 for 5 rest pauses
425 for 1 (quite awhile ago, probaly about 450-475 now)

5'10.5" @ 250lbs

Shit! thats a strong bench! When you come down and train with me you will take me to school. My max bench is 405 for 1 rep. I think I fucked up the rotator cuff so I havent maxed in over 6 months.

Im not a big fan of maxing, especially on bench. I have a philosophy that if you cant rep the weight for 5 reps, then you cant handle the weight and shouldnt be doing it.

As you can see i prefer to rep...today's numbers...
135 x 20reps
225 x 10reps
315 x 10reps
315 x 5reps (not fully warmed-up yet)
365 x 10reps (last rep was paused at the bottom, but not a full rest-pause)
405 x 3reps (all rest-pauses)
 
My best a year ago was 270 x 2. Mind you, I haven't bench since. Amazing how you lose focus when a new baby comes into your life.
 
I haven't done flat bench inyears due to my right wrist, but heaviest i ever got was 175 at a weight of 140 pounds 10 years ago, lol.

sometimes I get scared chronic masturbation will end my benching career too :(
 
got 245 today for 3 sets of 5, bodyweight of 216, bench is by far my weakest lift, so this was pretty decent, all of them went up fairly easy too, and im cutting ;)
