How much do you curl?

I have curled 55dbs for 6 reps

and 135 for 4 reps on the preacher curl bar

135 is what I use for reps on the strait bb bar

12oz Bud curls for me - 4-5 sets 10-12 rep range - STRICT FORM

I like to train heavy using the 40 oz method, more reps, less sets - you can alternate arms, and also work calves by resting it on your knee while seated. :D

lol... I was happy when I made it to putting 35's on each side of the ez-curl...

I max at 85lbs w/ ez-curl w/ about 6-8 reps... (on preacher bench... forget standing barbell... everyone uses their backs!)

I don't know about dumbells... I don't ever go higher than 35's though...

DB Reps
Start at 30's and work up to 40lbs's for 3-4 sets of 10
Hammer's usually 30lbs for 2 sets of 10

BB Reps
Usually max at 75lb EZ for 8-10 reps and 3 sets
 
I use 25-55 lb db's. I've never curled more than 100 lbs bb.

the guns float around 18.25-19" cold (depending on if i'm flat benching or not).
 
hey i'm really surprised...normally i get completely blown away in these polls but i'm actually quite good at curls by the looks of it....anyway...

155 lbs preacher
ez bar never tried max but 110 lbs was quite easy
use the 50s (DBs) for hammers
 
who gives a **** how much everybody curls?

theres peeps who curl shitloads whose arm arent even all that big and vice versa.

theres this guy in my gym who is so skinny it is literally scary and i fear for his health. he may have Aids or something cuz his skinnyness is just out of hand. maybe hes anorexic or something.
he can still curl the 12 k dumbs for about 15 reps, altho his are probably deep under 10'
 
45db's for reps in the 6-8 range. Have no idea what I max on these; the 45 is after 2 or3 other sets.

Barbell (NOT AN EZ BAR) curls are around 75 for reps in the 4-6 range. Again, no clue on the max.

Now that I train primarily as a PL, I'm confident that it doesn't matter in the slightest what I can curl...to me, or my lifts.
 
First of all, I suck. That being said:

Barbell curl: 95 for 6-8 reps
EZ preacher: 75 for 6-8 reps
dumbell: 40's for 6-8 reps
