Steroids or not, you should according to your goals. You'll need to be a little more specific. Whats your height/weight? how's your bodyfat? are you training for strength? physique? Basically, where are you now? and where do you want to go?
not to sound rude bro, but I think the question is, why don't you know what you should be eating? Before starting any cycle you should have this shit all figured out and not start it and then ask questions. Learn to be a little more prepared.

min. of .5g of fat per lbm.
Fill the rest of the cals. in w/ carbs, fats and proteins.
Have 5-6 meals a day if you want, makes it easier to get cals in."
You need to know how many calories it takes to maintain your body weight and add or subtract from that to meet your goals.
make sure your carbs come from good complex sources expect pwo if you prefer a pwo spike.
get plenty of EFA's. (Essential Fatty Acids)
