How many out there take in carbs PW while cutting + going low-carb?

definitely add carbs PW... you will be sacrificing so much hard earned muscle it wont be funny... plus the muscles you just worked wont have the glycogen stores they need to be at full potential... it seems counterproductive to workout then deny your body the essential nutrients it needs...

i made this mistake last summer... i got down to 185... but i was a stick.... i will never make that mistake again... (im 215 now)...

Well my goals not to be a muscle man. I play college tennis and being 220 would just not work. My goal is to cut to 6% BF at around 160lbs (at 9.5% now), then maintain a few weeks, then get to about 175 lbs but keep a six pack then maintain for life.

i take none p w/o when cutting

I didn't lose any size last summer taking carbs PW. Do you guys who skip on the PW carbs lose a significant amount of size?

I am very curious about whether I should take dextrose as well post workout on CKD? I was think 25g, but since I am only gonna be doing it another 3 weeks will I lose a lot of muscle instead of fat in this time if I don't. What about taking pro and fat post workout when on ckd?

No, I haven't taken in post-workout carbs in over a year, and haven't used whey protien post workout in over 2 months (btw for those who are interested, Ronnie Coleman admitted in an interview that he doesn't use a post-workout drink). I'm still gaining size. My post workout drink has 5 grams of bcaa's (my only suppliment right now) 2 tbs of flax and 2 tbs of olive oil.

I need to work on some new pics this spring, I was looking at my avatar today and I was like "OMG I was tiny when I took that."

how do you stop catabolism/cortisol ?

Anthrax, I stay in ketosis most of the time, which greatly reduces protien breakdown, and BCAA's have been show, even in very small doses, to greatly reduce muscle tissue protien breakdown post workout.

Post workout drinks are over rated. Historically there have been alot of massive bodybuilders who had never heard of such a thing, and you might be surprised how many top pro's today do not actually use suppliments or protien/sugar shakes post workout.

Do you think natural lifters can do this? Honestly?
