How many out there take in carbs PW while cutting + going low-carb?

If i were cutting, i would wait at least 30 mins before taking in carbs. i would reccomend that you take only protein, and waiting till your first meal to eat a bunch of good carbs to fill muscle glycogen stores. Your body has an optimal window to refill, up to six hours after your workout. An insulin spike after your workout would decrease the GH that the workout helped release.

Look, into the warrior diet. I honestly think it is the best diet if you do not want to go CKD. I am transitioning into this diet right now.

I wasn't expecting someone to have the entire book on a site, just looking for more info on it.

I actually just read a bit about it and it seems to me that it might not be optimal for a BBer regarding loss of muscle while dieting.
 
Warrior Diet = Animalbolics.

Warrior Diet = Completley Retarded especially the author.

Animalbolics = smarter but doesnt work for everyone.
 
so then you do a TKD instead of CKD? Does this mean you don't have weekly carb ups? I haven't been taking in dextrose, just 30g whey. Would 30g whey, 20g dextroseand 600 mg of ala be ok? or just dextrose? I have't to eat zero carbs so that I could instead take dextrose, but its not gonna happen unless I eat extremely picky and I am too poor right now to do that.
