If i were cutting, i would wait at least 30 mins before taking in carbs. i would reccomend that you take only protein, and waiting till your first meal to eat a bunch of good carbs to fill muscle glycogen stores. Your body has an optimal window to refill, up to six hours after your workout. An insulin spike after your workout would decrease the GH that the workout helped release.
Look, into the warrior diet. I honestly think it is the best diet if you do not want to go CKD. I am transitioning into this diet right now.
