LOL. This thread has been around longer then most of the members on this board.

BTW, I don't compete. I know you're all shocked ;)
I wish I had 1/4 of the dedication that it takes to get to that level.

I started in the military just to get big.....it was really hard for an ectomorph doing 5 plus miles of running everyday to put on weight. I only did one cycle, and then quit.....started getting competitive in other shit; kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and tried out for the Army 10 Mile Team (missed cut-off by 30 seconds-ouch!) :mad:

Got out of the military at 175lbs, 9% BF.....stayed all natural and put on 50 pounds in little over a year; weighing 225lbs, 14% BF. Went back to college and started playing football-daaaaaamn some of these boys are big! Started a cycle 10 weeks ago, I'm looking at 234lbs, 12ish%BF. :coffee:
 
I won a strongman comp, a couple powerlifting meets (squat/dead/bench) and got 3rd in a bb show recently - i owned them in size but it was my first show so diet/water-depletion wasn't spot on.

Im friends with most of the football team here (im in grad school) and there are some big motherfuckers - most of them run low ass doses just 1-2x a year and they are fucking insane - one of our linebackers is a junior (20yo) and is 6'3" 255 and looks a legit 9%. Freaky genetics considering how little emphasis they put on quality of food and training 1/2 the year since football is such a skill sport.
