How Many of you are guilty of this????

heres an example of my squat routine, reg squats legs about shoulder apart, feet straight, after those i turn my toes inward about 30 degrees repeat., then i turn them outward and repeat squat, next i may squat with both of my legs together.
These are just examples of hitting the muscles from different angles.
sometimes i stick to a routing about a month or two then i completely change it.

This applies to the gym as well as diet.

INSAINITY=Doing the same thing over and over and expect different results.

There are some guys in my gym like this ,they do the same exercises everytime, yet they look just like they did last year.

I always switch it up. You will be ib a "rut" if you don't.

I like to find a "rut" that works and ride it out till it stops working.
