How many of you actually aspirate?

On my last cycle every injection was a major tactical operation lol. I believe some essential protocols should be employed for the sake of your health. What i did was 1=Full shower regardless of time of day prior to injecting.
2= Load the liquid and do the injection straight away, i.e. do not leave the syringe lying around until you finish watching your favourite tv show.
3= Always aspirate, this is something you have either employed right from the start or something you do occassionaly. The dangers of not doing so is apparent.
So in a word yes ALWAYS aspirate.

you bet your ass I aspirate. Even in glutes. If I didnt aspirate I would have fucked myself up a few times this past cycle. '

I dont shower first but I do wash my hands with soap. Then wash them again with IPA before touching vials, opening syringes, pins ect. If I am injecting a delt or whatever I will take the IPA pad and clean way more than just the small area for the injection.

I have never not aspiriated. I heard a story in the early 80's of a guy who mainlined a large oil based shot and died of congestive heart failure. It was probably Bullshit, but I have always aspirated.

Aspirate is the amount of gas you release when you you poke yourself, Hence is why it's called Ass-perate.

Ok seriously ,aspirate is what you do when you stick yourself, you slowly draw back the strynge if blood accurs then you are in a vein,that is not where you want your gear to go.

Why wouldn't you just do it? It takes 2 seconds, sometimes 3 if its a weird angle.

I just cant see oil going into your vein being something good. Probably wouldn't hurt you but I want to make sure its in my muscle, makes me feel better.
