How many ml's Can I inject in my shoulder....

I've been doing shoulder injections on all my shots, i love it, cause the spot shooting blows up my shoulders....i haven't had a problem before, but now that i'm up to 3 amps a week per sust......i was just wondering what is the safest amount i can inject in my shoulder at once, i've heard 3ml's, but i though i'd ask to make sure.....

would i have any problems if inject 2 ml's?

You could do 3ccs. I'm only comfortable with 2ccs however...

Used to do 3cc's but now 2. One time I had a lump where I shot and it took a couple of hours for it to disipate, quick scare, but that is just my personal experience. I do not think I shot deep enough.

I guess it depends a liitle on the size of your shoulder. I guess R. Coleman & Co, can inj. up to 6cc

However I wouldnt go bejond 2cc, but that's just me

fill a 5cc 25 5x8 up
1.5cc in each shoulder
1cc in each bicep or tricep..alternate..also use the post delt

the delt is really only meant for a max inject of 1cc

You can do upto 3cc depending on the size of your delts, I rotate quads,bis,glutes and delts so the is plenty scope for multiple injections.

This is classic. I don't like putting 3ccs into my glute because I'm afraid that the fluid won't dispurse. Meanwhile back at the ranch everyone and his brother is doing 3ccs in the delt.

You can do 3cc's, but 3cc's of sus 250 would hurt like a bitch in one shoulder.
