I am not as lucky as the rest of you...I usually get 2 hours, and on a good day 4.
I work a 12 hour graveyard shift, followed by teaching aerobics in the morning, and a few college classes.
On the weekends that I am lucky enough to not work, I sleep for 10+ hours, though!!
Actually to tell you the truth, I don't ever really fell run down or tired. It is kind of funny that the days when I feel the most tired are on the days that I get the most sleep!!
As far as I'm concerned, I think you need a minimum of 7-8 hours of sleep per night to give your body adequate rest if your goal is to grow! Anything less and your just cheating your body.
