I thought I knew everything in high school but looking back now I knew nothing. For me it took 5 years for my diet to be balanced enough to get gains on a consistant basis. My training will be work in progress for the rest of my life but I'm happy with recent acheivements. I'm looking forward to the new year and gains I hope to acheive.

Been lifting off and on since high school just started serious lifting a couple years ago and learning something new everyday.

ill never get ahold of this shit. hehe. always learning new principles, new techniques, new styles of training, new theories. its what makes my job fun.

I started lifting in a gym at about 16. I'm a hard gainer and tried all sorts of tricks and stuff to gain weight. Finally, last year after a foot injury, I'd lost a lot of weight and looked like crap (age 27). So I hit the gym. Finally everything feel into place for me. 10 months later and I'm up 22 lbs. Biggest I've ever been in my life.

Still trying different stuff on a regular basis, have yet to find a good mix. Mayble I'm changing things up too often? Maybe I'm not? Maybe I'm doing too much, OR TOO LITTLE? Oh man, I gotta get to the gym, or do I? AAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
