obviously assuming diet, training is on point?? i am sitting around 6-8% bf right now and am lean as a greyhound right now but if i up the cals just a little my lower back gets watery which leads me to think that there is still excess fat there....does gh help with this??? i have also heard about spot injecting it for localized fat loss....this seems to good to be true, is it???
