Yeah, but I'll bet you're under 30...
I don't think that actually waking up to eat is such a great idea. Unless you wake up in the middle of the night cause your stomach is growling and you REALLY feel starved. Remember that our bodies have been sleeping at night for thousands of years and are quite aware that they likely wont get any food. Kind of the reason why our heartbeat and breathing slows, etc. etc.
That's just opinion though, I'm as full of shit as the next guy. Probably more so..lol!
