This is ESPECIALLY kep if you train in the evening...........persoanally, I tend to go with high protein and fat, but thats just becuase its what I crave late night.........I've been known to fall asleep watching the game with a bowl of peanuts, a large casein shake, and some cottage cheese on my lap..........I need to stop eating laying down! LOL..........
