How do you titty heads do your steak?

I love it medium rare. I fell in lov with Chakas MMMMMM sauce.

What cut do yall prefer?

well you got the first part right nancy...........but "sauce"........on steak?? I hope you're joking.

And y'all better realize that a medium rare steak has to be achieved through the hottest possible flame you can conjure. I've actually been to so called steak houses that will bring out this lukewarm piece of crap that just barely has char markings on the outside. You need to incinerate that mother fucker........makes the outside hot which than seals the meat. I actually cook filets on a ribbed pan because I can get it hotter. I can get the same effect with charcoal........but if you're only cooking one steak it's kind of irritating to use that much charcoal to achieve the right temp.

No, that has nothing to do with it.

Its not as healthy as fish, chicken, chicken, or turkey. (I already don't eat pork)

It uses a ton of natural resouces to produce and produces a lot of pollutants in the process. I find it socially irresponsible.

funny you mention that, recently a student in my program emailed me this:
http://openthefuture.com/cheeseburger_CF.html

I'm sure you've read something similar; basically it briefly describes the carbon footprint of eating a cheeseburger compared to driving an SUV

dude, steak is every bit as healthy as that other stuff if not more. Granted you need to get the free range stuff that hasn't been fed all the roids and hormones. But all things equal, beef is as healthy as anything.......especially the steak cuts like filet, tbone etc.. I'll only eat the lean ground beef, but even with that I'm switching to Bison.......just have to find it in canada dammit!!! Anyway, it's good to eat fish and chicken too........I'm not saying that you always have to eat meat. As long as you're putting a metabolic demand on your body via intense excercise........meat is your nigga!! If you sit in a chair all day than go home and plop down on your couch and suck down beers.........yeah, eating all that meat will catch up to you. Have you looked at the nutritional value of filet??

I'm from cattle country. If it's a good cut of meat salt, pepper, maybe a store bought rub of somekind. Simple dry stuff and we only cook it medium rare.

If it's a crappy cheaper cut I let is swim in cheap salad dressing, fish it out, coarse kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper it and then don't over cook it either. Oh and if it's tough I use a needler on it as Needto has spoken of.
stfu and go to bed like u were suppsed to hours ago

exactly bro, and this shit isn't propaganda. I give a big fuck you to the free range organic nuts. They do not realize that you cannot feed the world's population without genetically engineers crops (crops that are weather resistant, will grow in less nutrient rich soil, etc.) I find that selfish and socially irresponsible as well.

I don't eat as much steak anymore but I always eat it rare or raw. A good dry rub or kosher salt and fresh ground pepper is all you need. Sauce is for brisket and ribs.

I still eat idealist, ignorant liberals raw though, although even when you cook them well done, they are still soft.
