I want to add oats in the morning along with my protein shake, but I have no clue how to make the oats . Do you just boil it ? If so, what do you add to it to make it taste better ?

chilisauce1 said:Man, the best way I've found is just put 1/2 cup oats in the bowl...3/4 water and stir...microwave until cooked (the water will evaporate into the oats)...then I stir in some all-natural honey from the health food store...I let it cool for about 10-15 minutes then eat it in like 2 minutes tops...You can add some almonds in to if you like...I've also tried just putting peanut butter in it and that is not bad...I tried just putting Splenda in it and didn't care for it.
