I had a question about protein consumption
a lot of guys say you need 400-500g per day
my question is can you layout your daily schedule with how much protein you are getting
I eat a lot of meat, 3-4x per day and I’m still falling short even with a protein shake
You definitely don't need that much protein man. Instead of trying to slam more shakes or something just to hit a number, focus instead on eating good quality protein sources: beef, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs.
