When the weather is right I love cooking on the BBQ, chicken tastes so much better when flame grilled instead of grilled on a foreman
I just tried baking some chicken. I had it soaking in carribian jerk M.C. masterpiece marinade. Then seasoned it. Wow holly shit was it good

I been marinating mine over night. Italian dressing tastes great. Right now i got about 4lbs marinating in some kind of spicey-buffalo sauce.
Next batch will be in teriyaki.

Try marinating in olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, sea salt, & pepper...much better alternative to grocery store bought salad dressings.

Anything buffalo flavored is going to have an assload of sodium. I use some of the best buffalo sauce around on my cheat day sometimes and one tbsp has 400mg sodium. Too much sodium = water retention

Thanks bro. I am hoping to video the full three plates next week. Yes smith machine due to the fact I can use lock outs and a bar stop to keep from tearing my shoulders or worse. And i only lift heavy one week per month rest of the time its all dumbels and high reps. I was amazed how easy the 265 was twice no spot. Legit to parallel. On the video I am going to go negative so no bishes talk smack. And to think I started 10 weeks ago and I could just do 185 once. It's really nice being one of the strongest guys at the gym again. Hoping I am 13% bf next week.
