I need some help on the best ways to take in the correct amounts of protein. For my cycle I need to be taking in about 451 grams of protein a day (2.2 grams/1 lb of weight...I weigh 205). The problem I have is I need to also eat eat eat. I am currently taking in 200 grams of protein a day from drinking protein shakes, but I really dont eat much food at all because these shaks STUFF my stomach to where I cant eat without puking(cereal for breakfast, skip lunch, and then a dinner: usually some kind of meat and potatoes with like broccoli). What could I do to take in 451 grams of protein a day and still eat eat ??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks alot
