How can I save my joints ?

I have done 2 cycles now and it seems like every joint in my body cracks and pops.I know there are certain vitamins you can take to help your joints,but should I also consider not lifting so heavy when I am on a cycle?Will using less weight and just doing more reps help,or will I just have to live with bad joints as long as I am juicing?Any advice is appreciated.
 
Deca is a temporary solution. It only works while you're on.
If you have chronic popping, aching joints, then welcome to
the club bro!! It's just a fact of life when your body's pushing
heavy weights almost everyday.

HGH is supposed to be good for healing joints/tendons, but
if you're like most of us, you don't have thousands of spare
dollars to spend on it. Best solution is the either live with it,
or switch to exercises that don't stress the joints as much.

Glucosamine may work too.
 
Go to your local health store (vitamin world, etc) and pick up some MSM powder. Mix 1/2 teaspoon (2600mg) of MSM before and after workouts. In a short time, kiss your joint pain goodbye.

*That dosage works for me, you may need more or less.

Dont bother with glucosamine/chond. at this point. That stuff takes 6-8 weeks to kick in. MSM is much faster acting, not to mention a blessing from GOD.

IMO, its one of the most overlooked supplements out there. It's worked wonders for my tendinitus(biceps), inflammation, joint pain, virtually anything related to 'lifting' injuries/strains. Incredible stuff.
 
Wow, i'll take your word for it and try it out. I have nagging injuries all
over.....fucked up left elbow, bad knees and ankles, etc.

Is MSM effects temporay or is it permanent?? How much will it cost at GNC??
