well im trying to figure out how to drop some fat on my frame as i drank too much the past couple months i went from 7-10% bf and im not satisfied ... im currently 6'3 220 and wanna shed off like 2-4% im thinking of a HIGH PRO MOD CARB/FAT and keep cals decent....

Heres my story...

I came into January around 220 (im 6'3) and 6-7% bf and now after drinking too much (i kno retarded) havent drank in two weeks and dont wanna for a long time....

my goals are to drop a couple % in bf but dont know dieting too well i know the basics and essentials im currently on cycle too if that helps...i will be taking an eca also for 4 weeks


anymore hlep neeeded or questions answered i'll be here to answer...

Ok cool. What kind of cycle? I would use different calorie levels for different gear.

I would try p/c/f of 50/20/30 with majority of carbs coming after-workout.

im running 500mg Test per week for 12 weeks
and then for 7 weeks eod fina @75mg weeks 7-14

Hmm ok.

Depending on how you wanted to do it, I would say keep cals at 13-14*bodweight during test cycle w/ cardio and 10-12*bodweight for Fina to speed up the process. Logic being Test needs the calories or its catabolic and fina..well..fina doesnt need much at all.
