How bad will BEER affect my diet?

I just started a hardcore diet to lose about 100 lbs. I am watching my calorie and carb intake like a hawk but I love to still go out and put down a few brewskies. Using a caloric calculator I should be able to consume 1845 calories per day and still lose weight. Today I have consumed 1200 calories, so does that mean I can have 6 beers (bud light) tonight and still keep on track or is the beer gonna screw it up for me? The other days that I dont go out I am way below my caloric intake to shed weight faster.

Just wanted to know if the beer is gonna give me problems. If so, I will have to sacrifice it to reach my goal.

Thanks in advance....

beer is just empty carbs!
if your going calorie deficient to lose weight, you shouldnt use what calories you have left to "drink your meals".
i think youd be better off stayin away from the beer for sure anyway cuz beer among other alcohols bloats you real bad, making you appear fat or fatter

I used to love ice coldies years ago and no matter what I did while dieting my progress was ultra slow or non-existent. Beer and alcohol for that matter imo are the worst things you can consume when dieting. Going out and having a burger or pizza occasionally would be no where near as bad.

If you get smashed, are you really going to say no when your friends want pizza?

I doubt it.

Further, alcohol cals are not going to be used for recovery, so expect very sore muscles if you remain in a cal deficit whilst drinking

first congrats ur started diet to loose weight ,, you look committed counting calories etc, good stuff, but to succeed on ur quest to greatness u have to be 120% committed, alcohol is going to hinder ur results, apart from extra calories, it bloats very bad and inhibits protein synthesis, increases estrogen in body and decreases testosterone, so its not a very good idea

good luck

peace

All good stuff here....

No nutritional value in beer, eliminate it for now.

With hard work and the help of EF you'll reach your goals, at that time there will be a beer waiting for you......

You shouldn't sit down and drink six beers regularly and expect to lose fat.

Everyone is different, but I have successfully cut BF while enjoying a few drinks now and then. Not every week.

Scotch is my weakness.
