How and when is best to take dermacrine?

Hi guys i've just purchased some dermacrine cream? was wondering when is best to take(early morning, pre workout, night?) do i just spray it or do i rub it in?

i personally find it best to put it on after showering before bed because it has time to absorb into the skin. if i do it during the day there is a good chance i will sweat it out and waste some of it. although dhea can cause insomnia in high doses so be careful.
