More than anything brother I would make sure your peri-training nutrition is dialed in. A combination of high-GI and low-GI carbs pre-workout, high-GI carbs intra-workout, and plenty of water. Make sure to get in lots of:
Sodium
Potassium
Nitrates
^ All of this will be the biggest driver of performance
When it comes to supplements, there are lots of options. Are you looking for something high stim? Low stim? Focus? What's your goal here?
