jpt New member Jun 16, 2006 #3 if your drinking tons of water i wouldn't really worry about the sodium if the rest of your diet looks clean. sodium free chicken boullion 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce little pepper some garlic powder let it sit for 20 minutes in the fridge....tastes pretty freaking good.....also tastes great with brown rice!
