The top 10% in this country last year earned 31.5% of our total income, yet paid over 71% of our total income taxes.

Just because someone makes more than you doesn't mean there should be a rule saying they pay a higher percent.

I'm totally fine with someone who earns $10million paying the same percentage as me in.

The fucking government doesn't own shit. Technically, federal income taxes are fucking illegal.

The way the tax system is set up starting from the bottom going up u pay more taxes based on ur income. At about $100000 that rate starts to go down. So the top 10% actually pay a lot less in tax income in proportion to their income. So a family of four making 80000 will pay a higher percentage of their pay in taxes than someone who makes $5 million. The data u r quoting can easily be skewed. Yes the top percent pays more total but in proportion of their income it is a lot less.

So I google the poorest/worst neighborhoods in America. I get the zips and I start hitting the street views. One of the first things I notice is every other house has satellite tv, nice. The "worst" neighborhood/street in America has a burned vacant church at the end of the road, but across the street from that is a "Liquor & Lotto" store that appears to be doing very well! Every limp dick motherfucker walking down the street is either yapping on a cell phone or has a cigarette hanging out of their mouth, sometimes both. My favorite finding is a store in Atlanta called "EBT Food Market". Stay classy America!

But I'm sure if we just gave these people MOAR money they'd get off the liquor and lotto and start looking for jobs or a better life. Suck a dick, liberals.

Are u saying theres no liquor stores or lotto sold in affluent neighborhoods? Also you advertise based upon ur surrounding clientele. If u live in a poor area likely there is gonna be a lot of people with ebt so u advertise to let them know u take it. If u go to affluent areas you will see announcements for golf courses and brooks brothers

Those are well-recited liberal talking points.

1) There are plenty of conservatives (myself included) who opposed the bail-out of Wall Street. I opposed it right as the financial "crisis" ramped-up and I oppose it to this day.

2) Companies don't make money "raping" anybody. Companies should make money by selling customers products they want at a price greater than the cost of manufacture.

3) There is one, and only one sustainable way to improve the quality of workers' lives: Force companies to compete for their labor. That competitive process drives-up wages and benefits. All these artificial methods (minimum wage, subsidies, Obamacare, etc. etc.) don't create a real demand for labor, thus they hurt workers instead of helping them.

Want proof? Just look at what we've been doing the last six years. Obama has driven one job-killing program after another and it has destroyed the employment opportunities for an entire band of people. Elections have consequences, and we'll have a displaced band of ~18-28 year olds that employers don't want for the rest of their lives. Good job Barry.
