Yep that's usually the case... but man, when that carb load comes... it's a beautiful thing!
Just a comment which may be irrelevant during depletion time, but on the rear poses make sure to flex the shit out of the leading calf (the one facing the judge). Somehow if there's one part of the pose that isn't as tight as the rest or shows the same conditioning as the rest (even if its just in the pose itself and not the actual development) it kills the whole shot.
