Dam look at those wheels, glutes and back those areas have come up so much over her last prep. She has done amazing work she is so going to be kicking ass and takin numbers in this shoe.
3 Weeks out yestersay. Were making some dietary changes, and it's working. Here's pics after a big carb day. Just after training legs, so her legs are not looking too shreaded! These are also at night, so she's bloated a bit.....
I also took a quick clip of her last set of back squats @ 225lbs. (she did 2 warm up sets, 4 working, then 4 more sets of front squats with a lighter weight of 135-155)
