Raw Honey
Do a search for raw honey on google or any search engine. You will find that nature again is the best way to go.
Here is a post I left about a week ago. Please look it over.
============================================
I have started a Raw Honey diet. I also use Pollen, Royal Jelly and eat Honeycomb.
Before I tell you about the benifits of using Raw Honey products please note this:
Most commercially processed honeys are heated to high temperatures that kill the natural enzymes in honey. High heat also alters the flavor and fragrance of honey. The advantages of high heat processing are that it is cheaper and that it destroys the enzymes that could cause honey to crystallize. Honeys stay liquid if they are pasteurized or processed at high temperatures.
Make sure it's in a raw unfiltered state or you won't get the enzymes and amino acids needed for maximum body intake. Here are some of the vitamins and minerals in raw honey.
Vitamin A, Betacarotene, B-complet vitamins (complete), Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Magnesium, Sulfur, Phosphorus, Iron, Calcium, Chlorine, Potassium, Iodine, Sodium, Copper, and Manganese.
Raw Honey's characters: Antibiotic, Antiviral, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-carcinogenic, expectorant, Anti-allergenic, Laxative, Anti-anemic, and a tonic.
It also contains 23 Amino Acids. Raw honey a living food.
A killer booster direct from nature. Just letting you know. Please, make sure the honey says it's raw or don't purchase it. Alot of body builders use raw honey along with athletes around the world.
