i dont agree with that as rape usually connotes severe, debilitating emotional trauma on the part of the victim and i dont think the 13 year old girl from this situation experienced that. If she did it was probably because she was exposed to the world when R Kelly was caught.

in the US they dont have legal capacity but in some countries they do. then again in some countries you can beat your wife to death over a minor infraction.

I think Nordy is playing devil's advocate. You can see where when questioned about it with a forced personal bias he sees the wrong or else he wouldn't have voiced how it would make him angry.

not every rape survivor experiences severe, dibilitating emotional trauma. i've seen a number of survivors who use repression or other defense mechanisms to cope with the rape.

yep i do play devils advocate alot. i am of the opinion that this event is not in the same category as forced child molestation though.

See my reference to how I look back now and realize how young I feel I was (maturity) at 23.

I really feel that you will know differently one day and think back on how you felt about being 13 and being an adult as well, wrong.

But to feed both sides of the argument, I would have no problems considering a 13 yearold who plotted and commited murder for trial and punishment as an adult.

I wonder if that makes me a hypocrite?
