----Alright so here we go, got tired of having to drive every morning to workout so decided to do a nice craigslist find. Got myself a squat rack with a lat/cable row attachment, pull up bar, flat/incline/decline bench, oly bar with weights, NO DUMBELLS, do have a good set of resistant bands, and finally different height boxes for guiding squats and also to do box jumps. So been lifting for 8 years or so going for size (knowing strength = size, but really getting diet in check). Not afraid of different squats (back, front, overhead) love dead lifting, getting into cleans and push press, love super setting lifts.

---Was thinking M=chest/tri T=back/bi/abs, TH=Legs, F=shoulders/abs just curious if what you might suggest for lifts using what I have along with sets/reps? I also have had great success with super setting lifts (ex. t-bar rows super setted with bent flys or overhead press super set with lat raises with bands)

Hey sorry I forgot to attach some stats:
Age: 24
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 170-175
Years lifting: Long time all through high school and college 8 years with 4 being serious
Goals: size and athleticism (still play rec sports and volunteer firefighter)
History: wrestled in high school, did mma in college until I blew out my knee, use to fast to the point workouts, love doing variation to lifts (ex. negative reps for bench, doing curl/tri burns, lunges into step ups)
Problem: just hard to put together a workout with what I have (sometimes easier to have someone point you in the right direction)

If the problem you are having is putting together a workout with what you have I would look at arnold schwarzenegger encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding or something similar. Plenty of good free weight exercises in there. Sent you a pm.

I work out at home too bro wouldnt have it any other way.
Sounds like your all set to go.
Do stuff like this,
Back Squats
Front Squats
Over head press
Bent over rows
Dead lifts
Flat bench
Incline bench
Pull Ups/ Chin Ups
Curls
Triceps extensions
Triceps press downs
If you need a workout plan google Stronglifts 5x5
Also stevesmi has a very good workout plan that he has posted on here.
