I dont mind squatting on a smith. I saw Dorian using one to squat before. If your working out at home by yourself its probably a good idea, safe. But I cant deny that a power rack is the best option.
I think the assisted Dip machine is the better choice of the 3 as you can work your back and bi's pretty well with DB's and a bench. But thats expensive, I would just get one of those cheap Pullup/Dip stations. I love mine.
