I'm bulking right now after cutting down about 20 pounds and a lot of my strength went away. i bulked back up and i've been able to set a new PR in deadlifting. I hit 550 for 1 after doing 8 sets of 5 after a lower weight. I hit 430 for 5 sets and felt light so i decided to go for it. when do you think i should try and hit a new PR?
