but to your question bro, don't worry about your height and weight ratio, the only thing you need to know is your bf%. stay below 12% and you're good. At nineteen you can eat what you want and not gain an oz. I say read these forums, pound down the carbs and protein...50% carbs 25% fats 25% protein. Try eat and drink as much as you can and make sure you pound the weights as well, few years you will be glad you did so. Trust me, it doesnt take long, i trained some guys this school year and they are 3 times bigger then they were coming in, and that is 8 months worth of traing, heck just train 3 days a week. But don't worry about being cut at 5'2". You'll never have a problem, by the looks if things you have a super fats metabolism, i respect you for showing your pics, but keep at it and let us know how u do, update pics frequently, cause u may not see results, but we will
