High School gets owned over sending kids home that wore U.S. Flag shirts on Cinco May

Re: High School gets owned over sending kids home that wore U.S. Flag shirts on Cinco

Maybe we should rethink our choice of words considering we have a hispanic moderator in C&C, huh?

I wouldn't get pissy if you'd refered to the white kids as honkeys or crackers...but now that I know you're so sensitive, I will not poke fun.

St. Patricks day is a bullshit holiday also, so what. The difference is no one is getting offended or sent home from school when mexicans wear mexican flag shirts on St. Patricks day.

What do you mean so what? The point was, everyone (in this thread) is up in arms because Mexicans (and pretty much everyone else regardless of color or race) in this country celebrate an (Americanized) day of recognition which in reality is just a marketing ploy IMHO. But, no one is talking shit about the other days for other nationalities/ethnicities which other than pointing to a different flag have the same outcome, drunken belligerence and the over indulgence of alcohol with potentials for physical harm from fighting and drunk driving.

Just because you don't care about ANY holiday doesn't discredit my point.

The whole point of the thread was that people got offended (hispanic students) and complained which resulted in other kids who wore american flag shirts getting sent home. My point is that St. Pattys day is just another marketing ploy with the exception that no one gets offended or sent home when someone wears a mexican flag shirt on St. Pattys day. This is a fairly obvious distinction bor.

So...mother's day is nearly here. Anyone planning on "tucking" as to not offend the wimminz?

Such retardedness up in this country. As much as he is a blathering, egotistical dickweed, Mike Savage is right in that if we don't want to lose our country to the decay (in several forms) that is, we need to protect our CULTURE, LANGUAGE, and BORDERS!

Red, white, and blue - or get back on the other side of the fence!!!!!!!!!!

Re: High School gets owned over sending kids home that wore U.S. Flag shirts on Cinco

So many wrong thigs in this thread.

1- "White" America uses EVERY occasion to get drunk and pass out....regardless of what they celebrate

2- America doesnt feel "guilty" about anything. The reason they give different ethnicities holidays is because ethnicities like Mexicans control large portions of the states, like Cali or different places out there. It's the same way here in Canada. When you have a large population of Asians and indians, they will get their own shit. It's all a game of numbers. It all goes back to voting and who those ethinicities will vote for, because when you have about 14% of a certain ethnicity, like Polish or Irish or Mexican or w/e in the US, these people can actually affect decisions made in the government.

3- Borders have been invisible since forever. Wheren't the natives living there before Columbus took the land and then it was no longer the natives home? Not that I support the natives getting high and drunk and stealing trucks all day long (oh sue me for saying that) but all i'm saying is that large numbers of a certain ethnicity always has power.

4- the US interferes in world politics everyday and is dubbed "the savior" of countries of tries to appear that way. How would it lok if they said fuck everyone we dont care about you?? Not too good.

5- P.S. I know nothing at 5 de Mayo all I know is people go crazy drunk and get into fights. Oh yeh, and mostly they're white people...go figure.

6- At the same time, I dont believe there's anything wrong with wearing your country's flag, other than wearing on that day is just to say" fuck the Mexicans we're taking this country back" which is not a cool move...that's why people complained...not because of the american flag, but because the white kids were instigating shit and wanted to piss people off.

My 2 cents

I guess you neglected to read the part where I wrote "(in this thread)" which meant that my point was in direct reference to the points being made on this thread.

Anyway, I expressed my point and I am done with the convo. Next time 5 De Mayo, or St. Paty's day rolls around, first round of SuperStim is on me :)
