Hi EvErYoNe..New here..

Hey everyone thanx for congradulating me on my weight loss.. it wasnt that easy but its not as hard as it seems now.. even my bf says.. its harder to loose the excess weight that is left... its easier to loose fat ... but toning up is the hard part... i dont look bad.. but you know toning would make me a happier person... and as of yesterday.. i went for a walk.. took my dog for a walk.. got some cardio... too cold to fun.. so i came home.. and i did some 4 sets of 20 lunges 5 sets of 25 sit ups.. and 3 sets of 10 push ups.... and i ate protein.. so i should be good :p .. if i keep this up....
and as far as riding a bike... i live where there are many hills and mountains and it wouldnt even be worth it to go to the gym after that work out lol... but for now i am reasoning with what i have to loose in my own home.. and soon enough early march rolls around i can head out to the gym and be happy...and ill be sure to look up spatts diets... THX EVERYONE... xoxo:angel:

Haha, LOL, well, that's cheap, isn't it (not even having to go to the gym after you reached it by bike) ;) Anyway, because of the hills, a walk will be a good workout as well, I think you're doing well (incl. the excersizes at home) :)

How far are you from the gym really?Cycling a few miles there and back would give you a good cardio work out. I have never had a car and live out in a remote part of town - the nearest supermarket is 3 miles away and the bus service is terrible - the nearest bus stop is a mile away and the bus takes ages. So I cycle everywhere. It gets my cardio done with and once I am in town the bike is quicker and easier than using a car.

I used to live in the Lake District where it is really hilly, I still cycled everywhere - even when I worked 8 miles away over 3 big hills, I lifted then too - not as much as I do now but I got myself lean and hard.
