HGH and water bloat

Man let me tell ya, my feet and calves are too damn swollen. They ache like hell and after 10 minutes on the treadmill, I almost have to walk flatfooted. Never had this before and just got it when I started HGH., 3 iu p/d. Taking proviron throughout cycle. Can you guys advise?????????

How long have you been on and what kind of GH is it? When in doubt cut back on the dose. GH causes sodium retention which in turn causes water retention, but its generally not localized like you describe.

Been on since sunday, Humatrope is the brand. Tight all over but bottom of feet and achilles and lower calf is real tight

bloat is usually localized with hgh...this is normal...i usually retain in my hands...in the pamphlet that comes with some of the gh brands it says water retention in the extremeties of the body may occur

Gh will in some cases cause localized water retension and joint pain, swelling of the feet and hands is not uncomon...........

But these sides usualy go away after a few days or a couple of weeks everyone is a litle diferent you will be alright............

There is no need to to cardio for the reason of fat loss in mind wille using GH, GH will keep you very lean even by you eating junk food all of the time..................

Try using femara, arimidex, or a very low dose of a diuretic for 1 or 2 days that will help you........
