What's up I'm Oliver and i love pretty much everything about the sport. I jumped on the bandwagon about 2 years ago and never looked back. My diet and training are not fancy but so far they've been working.
My whole routine revolves around bench, squat, deadlift, rows, military presses, pull ups, ect. My cutting diet is to keep dropping calories to the point i get that nasty taste from ketosis. After that I just carb cycle to where I want to be. I do have a few questions about ketosis though.
?#A Does the body have to be in Ketosis for it to start breaking down muscle?
?#B Can someone be in ketosis without being in caloric deficit?
?#C Does the body have to be completely carb depleted before it begins to break down muscle??
