Hey guys aigh thanx I understand i'm re-readin the posts tonight. 1-dawg the ones i posted were ideas i've had accordin to a lil here a lil there from other workouts. But at the moment i'm doin my coaches workout which all of you said was horrible but at least i'm hittin the weights and havn't died on it yet. I was postin ideas to see if you guys think i should do that workout after this one which ends Dec 21 and i'm runnin outta time to make up my mind.
endpoint bro you've helped me alot and this past workout was from one of the sites you posted i've seen that you've kept posting them hintin me to go there and get the shit, bro don't be pissed my bad i just don't have a reverse hyper or chains or bands or ne of that stuff so i post a workout on equipment that i have at the bulldog weight room(school) the only weight room i have access too.
Big for your info bro I have been hittin the weights just not on a good liftin program from the first one i posted that my coach has us doing b/c everyone said it sucked so while i've been doing that i've been lookin for one you guys think would be sufficient for me.
Promotheus your right man everyone on here has helped me out at one point or another and too all of you once again i highly appreciate all your help.
The mann bro I wish i could do those workouts but the thing is like i mentioned earlier i dont have that type of equipment so i have to lift with whatever i do have in there. the only one i can do in there prob is floor presses, DB elbow ext, lockouts, and some others that you guys have posted.
Once again thanx to all of you who've helped once i finally get a good workout i'll keep you posted on how i'm doing and i'm tryin to do this one til week 4 then start the one i recently posted that has a dynamic day, assistance, and heavy day.
