Is there something I said or posted somewhere that you guys don't answer my threads anymore or respond to them. Or could it be that i'm getting the wrong impression and you guys are too busy. Let me know. I know for the workout ideas I havn't gotten one that's good yet but I think the last one I posted was really good I had my dynamic day, assist day, heavy day in there. Let me know thanx. And to all others who have never helped out I have a workout idea for gaining strength let me know what you honestly think I dont care if it really does suck just tell me so I dont waist 4 weeks doing it and crap out on it.
 
You haven't gotten one that is good?? You are joking, right?? Did you read the sites thoroughly?? this is a program that has produced more than a couple 2000lb totals, many 700+ benches -- including George Halbert's 733 bench, 2 1000lb squats etc etc

The pages I sent you to can give you a complete layout of a workout. I don't hink you pissed anyone off but you keep asking the same question but it doesn't appear you took the time to read. That's all. Here;s a link that will give you a basic prgram to work with, don't change it , add to it or anything do it as prescribed for 8 weeks or so then re-evaluate to see your results, You have ot put time into this and don't scrap something 2 weeks into it becaus eyou haven't givin it enough time. Im totally pissed off because you didnt read the information posted to you. I have posted links twice with more than enough information to get you going for a year.......and yet you havent read them.

Cubanito, why don't you stop talking and start training, dude? It's not like the people here are unwilling to help. Only, the last couple of weeks while you've been trying to make up your mind, the rest of us have been hitting the iron. None of us have got a perfect program either but hell, we're still making progress. So, get out there and do what I-dawg and Endpoint suggest.
 
I agree with 1-dawg, endpoint, and Arnie -

Lots of guys have taken time to respond to your posts, please re-read them. I have been very surprised by the support from the people on this board - almost everyone is willing to donate their (hard won) knowledge for free, and I've learned A LOT from being here.

Note that there are 7 pages of threads on this board alone - my advice would be to start at #1 and read them all - I bet all of your questions have been answered more than once.

Hey guys aigh thanx I understand i'm re-readin the posts tonight. 1-dawg the ones i posted were ideas i've had accordin to a lil here a lil there from other workouts. But at the moment i'm doin my coaches workout which all of you said was horrible but at least i'm hittin the weights and havn't died on it yet. I was postin ideas to see if you guys think i should do that workout after this one which ends Dec 21 and i'm runnin outta time to make up my mind.
endpoint bro you've helped me alot and this past workout was from one of the sites you posted i've seen that you've kept posting them hintin me to go there and get the shit, bro don't be pissed my bad i just don't have a reverse hyper or chains or bands or ne of that stuff so i post a workout on equipment that i have at the bulldog weight room(school) the only weight room i have access too.
Big for your info bro I have been hittin the weights just not on a good liftin program from the first one i posted that my coach has us doing b/c everyone said it sucked so while i've been doing that i've been lookin for one you guys think would be sufficient for me.
Promotheus your right man everyone on here has helped me out at one point or another and too all of you once again i highly appreciate all your help.
The mann bro I wish i could do those workouts but the thing is like i mentioned earlier i dont have that type of equipment so i have to lift with whatever i do have in there. the only one i can do in there prob is floor presses, DB elbow ext, lockouts, and some others that you guys have posted.
Once again thanx to all of you who've helped once i finally get a good workout i'll keep you posted on how i'm doing and i'm tryin to do this one til week 4 then start the one i recently posted that has a dynamic day, assistance, and heavy day. Guys if you can check it. Endpoint bro my bad again don't be mad dude, holla.
 
Hey guys one more thing remember the only two lifts I compete for are the pause bench and clean&jerk. NO deadlift or squat it's a high school meet. No pro meet, yet
