She is getting them done real soon. And we met with the doctor this week. She is a A cup and is 5'4" 115 lbs. We chose the 275cc saline implant.

The price is going to be $4200. Is that a good deal?

The only question i have about the above statement is, why are you choosing the implant before? The surgeon who did my surgery didn't discuss how many cc's beforehand, he spoke to me about the size i wanted and simply filled the implant until they looked right. 275cc's also doesn't seem like much, but maybe it will be on her....mine are 450cc

I had just nipples and now wear 34C. Like TEXgirl said, I gave the doc an idea what I wanted, and he made final decision in surgery. (They tilt the operating table up like a chair to check size/symmetry while you're under.)

The price is relative to the area -- its cheaper in Vegas and serious bux in NY or LA and probably up there in Miami as well.

Anyone who "changes" simply because they changed their looks is a flaky person to begin with and obviously had self-image / self-confidence issues already. Some people may gain more self confidence but if they change in their attitude towards other people, then they are pretty flaky to think that adding a couple gallons of saline will make them a better person.

If your wife has done the research & gone to check a couple diff doctors & had consultations to find someone she's comfortable with, then the price should be worth it. You can check average prices based on the area u live in on the above website. But also check your selected doc's insurance claim history. (also described on the website i mentioned.)

But generally anything between $4-6K is good. Less than that, I'd be careful... especially if its a doc recommended by strippers w/ big ass knockers. The doc should work with u on what size you want and also what size "fits" her shape/frame.

BTW, if you don't care if she gets them or not, GET THEM!
