Okay....first things first...I'm about 15-20lbs away from my goal, but I figured I would post these up to get some constructive criticism from you ladies! I've been dieting for only a week now and I'm trying to stay motivated. I'm hoping that you all can help me do that.
Now, keep in mind that I am mostly a strength athlete so I am a bit large/bulky...LOL. I know I am holding water but also keep in mind that the lighting sucks and I actually have quite a few good cuts...especially in my quads.
Anyway, fire away...I'm up for whatever you dish out!
