Herbs as Anti-Estrogens???

beef81

New member
Hi! I´m totally newbie in here and been reading some interesting posts here lately. Here in my country are very strict laws and because of that things like nolva or clomid are pretty hard to find. That is why this thing about herbs came into my mind.

So what I´m asking is that are these herbs which have some anti-estrogenic functions like chrysin any real value when combined with roids?

Possibly the best herbal to combat estradiol is DIM (Diindolylmethane). Tyler produce a bioavailable DIM product called Indolplex, there's also a few other decent manufacturers but stay away from the less reputable brands.

You may need to take 2 or 3 times the suggested dose to effectively combat the estrogenic sides associated with aromatising roids.

check Saw Palemtto it is a herbal product and it also has an anti androgenic effect....for details u can check :http://www.fammed.washington.edu/predoctoral/cam/images/saw palmetto.pdf

..take care

I think Beef81 is looking for anti-estrogenic supps rather than an anti-androgenic herbal...

But what you said about that Saw Palmetto is accurate - it acts as an-anti androgen (not anti-estrogen), more specifically it's thought to be an inhibitor of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase that converts testosterone into DHT. This is particularly useful in the prevention of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia).

Thank you for your posts. I might be testing these out in the near future.
I think I will go with combining few of those herbs which are anti-estrogenic, I can then report here what have happened.

Is it possible to do some sort of PCT with only herbs? I know this is silly question, but have anyone tried ever?
I have used d-bol without any PCT for many times also some short winny only cycles. Haven´t got any visible side effects but after winny it takes a long time before I have any energy to do anything again...

Nelson Montana used to pitch a product from the protein factory called Post Cycle Therapy that is all herbal. It seems to work well in conjuction with the EF "sticky-standard" PCT. I would not want to try it alone. Gains lost = a wasted cycle.

I like Avena Sativa during PCT.

If I remember correctly, another PF product used for herbal PCT was Unleashed.

Right, and actually, it has the Avena Sativa in it. (I do not think PF's PCT had avena sativa in it.) I take Avena Sativa to increase free test. I just buy it in bulk. Saves me a lot of $.
