ok i am about 6'0 between 210-220 basd on how much i drink. im trying to cut down to 190-195 by december and i know what to do for diet but what about cardio and lifting??? i am muscular and do not want size or anything just weight loss. what should i do for cardio? i like to run about 30 minutes in the AM when i wake up 3 times week. should i do other stuff during the week or other times??? thanks....
