Help with my cutting diet

Need some tips and advice on a diet that I can try that will help me cut down a little bit. I'm trying to get my physique more hardened and lean. Do you think I should stick to protein sources like chicken and fish over red meat? Or do you think that's a bunch of bro science, that red meat makes you fatter?

You really should look into some fasting protocols. Fasting is a huge game changer. It will boost your glucagon in your body and increase growth hormone as well.

I think that the quality of meat is most important. There's a big difference between the qualities people don't realize.

Bros, red meat is always great, but yeah, it's very expensive. My wife usually cooks the chicken and fish Asian-style.

I think you'll do fine on good quality chicken and fish. Red meat is too pricey anyway.
