Good Morning EF FAM,
So I'm currently doing my first log and so far I think it is going really well! I am trying to get everything dialed in because my gear will be arriving from @US-pharmacies by Friday 05/22.
They were kind enough to sponsor me and support me through this journey and they have been incredibly helpful so far! They even took the time to ask me what I am wanting to achieve with this transformation and helped me re-design my cycle plan in order to get the best results possible.
You really get the feeling that they sincerely care and that they truly want the best for you! It's very important to me that I am doing everything I can to maximize my results while keeping longevity and health in mind.
I'm incredibly motivated and determined to give this
and do it right. All this to say I am looking for help/advice on my food intake and diet during this process so that I can build lean muscle but also lose fat during these next 16 weeks.
I am in this for the long haul and I know this is a life long journey and I am excited for it. So I am trying to learn as much as possible and do things the correct way now and in the future.
If anyone would be willing to help me out with a diet plan throughout this process it would be MUCH appreciated. Please DM me if this is something you would be interested in helping a brother out with!
