I injured my tricep and elbow doing overhead press and its starting to heal and I was advised to look into a brace for my tricep and so far ive only seen bulky braces that people report as ineffective. I however found a strap that supposedly puts pressure on the tendon and muscle in the tricep to keep them in line when lifting its made by Band IT but I wanted to know if anyone has had a similar injury and what they used like a compression sleeve or anything that I could look at to help avoid this injury again.
