height? BF?

what does your routine look like?
what does your eating routine look like?
cardio?
daily schedule?

All I did to lose some fat, was clean my diet a little, I didnt even lower my calorie intake much at all, and slowly started cycling in cardio every day in the morn right when I woke up. I started with 10 mins a day for a week, and every week I add another 5 mins. I am currently at 25 mins. I only do eliptical machine, and I honestly love it!!!

peace

You don't have to "cycle" up to 200 lbs. You could naturally bulk/lift and get to 200 lbs, or you could cycle up to 200 lbs. of what you don't like again, it all depends on diet.

To "move up" to a solid 200 lbs, you will want to get your nutrition in order FIRST, then tinker w/the option of chemical assistance. Your focus seems to be off here, and it may be why you are experiencing your current physique difficulties.

Sorry guys most of the time i dont make any sence because of the pain meds I'm on :p ... I'm really looking for a diet plan to keep lean muscle and not go below 180-190lbs I've been laid up on a bed now for 9 months and have lost 55lbs figure that and i eat a low fat diet my whole life 5 days and cheat on week ends. gaining and losing was never a problem until now i can't hold my weight... its gettin a little scary... My lifting routine is next to nothing right now.... if I jack my self up on med I get 40 minutes on the bike ed.. The cycle part is to gain and maintain... I've cycled before but never needed much to get what i want....

Thanks again

try a simple diet consisting of loads of veggies, fruit and protein. Protein should come from lean sources such as fish, turkey and chicken. Red meat once or twice a week is fine. Veggies that are particularly good are cabbage, spinach, mushrooms, celery and onions. If the veggies are too bland, add them all to a pot, cover with boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes. Then with each meal have a huge serving of veggies and protein.

A delicious meal can comprise of a bowl of veggies (as soup) and chucked in chunks of fish or chicken, etc. I know this may not sound like your "typical" bodybuilding diet but believe me it does work to increase vascularity and drops body fat like crazy!

Have also recently read this excellent book "Fit for Life" which argues that all the amino acids that are not naturally produced by our bodies can be obtained in fruits and veggies. In fact these amino acids are more usable than those found in dairy and flesh foods. So I did some more research and I came across the physiques and training & diet regimens of Jack LaLanne .... wow .... amazing physique and weightlifter for his time and he was a 99.9% lacto-ovo vegetarian. The other 0.01% consisted of fish!!

SO, i think perhaps we can look to this type of diet for fat loss and a wow physique??
