DD - Hey bro, just a suggestion. I checked out your profile and, given your bf%, you might want to wait on the creatine. It tends to be used more often with bulking and will make you retain water.
But if you have to have it, I agree with rriis. Stick to the basic creatine monohydrate and drink it with a little juice. No more than 10gr per day. Personally, I'll cycle it, 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off. But there's a lot of debate about that. See what works best for you.
