Help? Sustanon results

Im going into my fith week today with 500mg of karachi sustanon a week. I take one shot of 250mg on sunday and another on wed. and I have not had any noticable size results yet. My strength went up a little but, as far as size, I can't see any difference. I only put on a couple of pounds but, I think its from all the protien and calories whch im intaking.:confused:
 
You using anything with it? Ive put on 28 lbs with my DBol/Sust cycle in 4 weeks so far and my strength goes up every week
 
wow, 28lbs. Thats impressive, post the before and after pics when your done.
 
I didn't take any, Im a dumbass. I wish I would of, still got 4 weeks to go and Im looking for a digi cam, I know Id never get my ass into a photo developer to develop my pics, I still have film from 2 years ago undeveloped
 
That's one thing people forget to do is take before and after pictures. I guess people are just so jacked up about doing a cycle they forget to....

Considering its my first, I was a little exited about it but I wish I would of, Ill take one when Im done for sure, I plan on doing another bulking one in the winter and then a cutting one next spring so Ill remember the next 2 times as well
 
take one as soon as you can, its still better then not doing it at all.
 
well bro, if you are not seeing results with 500mg sus a week, then you possibly are either shooting fake gear or you are not shooting enough, the reality of sustanon is that by week 4 you will only have something like 385mg at the most working for you, due to the fact that you are not injecting enough of the short acting esters to do you any good, so my advice to you is go upto 750mg a week asap and see how that does, also check your gear, if you are using the yellow amps then you will be ok, otherwise if it is rebottled stuff, I would be cautious.
 
One thing that I've heard about sus is that if it hurts after the injection, it's most likely real. I've taken a few cycles of sus, and it always hurt. The pain did wear off a little further into the cycle, but it was always noticeable. The last time I did sus I gained about 8 lbs in the first 2 weeks, then, I didn't gain another lb throughout the rest of the cycle. My strength went up, and I seemed to get bigger. I don't know what happened.
 
I did just sust 8 wks@500mgs, and I put on 12 lbs. in the first 2.5 wks. Then my gains slowed down and put on 8 more in the last 3 weeks. My strength went up a consistently throughout. Stick with it, bro.
 
hey bro...how's your diet...?it amazes me how people start cycles and make diet an afterthought...:confused:
i'm only calling it like it is..."taking a whole bunch of protein and stuff"...kind of thing!fine protein is obviously necessary for building muscle,but,nevertheless,you need more than a whole bunch of protein to consider for result producing effects.diet/training/rest///and more diet.a proper diet will either make you or break you...give us a description of your diet,training regimen,recuperation,work schedule,metabolism...etc.yes,perhaps you gear is real or fake...but let's take a look at all the possibilities here!you should be achieving awesome gains w/ sust bro...no flame...just trying to help!:D
