Hey lad had bloods done and got the results back

I was off work extremely sick think I had food poisoning really bad gut cramps I think this has elevated my CRP let me know what use think cheers

Your E2 is ATL is high.

The high ATL could be if you trained right before the blood test. How recently did you train before the test?

Your E2 is high also, but if you have no sides i wouldnt worry.

What are you currently running?

Doing anything that might affect your liver? Drinking, rec drugs, smokinf, rubbish diet?

IF you were really sick, that probaby affected your results. Anti-biotics might also affect it.

Nah bro coming up to 10 months sober

I think I had food poisoning nah my diets decent if you check out my log I think I could improve on a more gut friendly diet

i would probably chalk it up to being sick

I would re-do the test when you are feeling better.
